Tip: About Flash

Words on Flash pages are graphics, so they can't be found by search engines. Flash also can take very long to download and may not play out as intended. The actions in a short movie may play with momentary pauses as the file loads to the browser and audio can appear out-of-sync.
The extra effort needed to try to overcome these problems is reflected in the high price of Flash design.
However, small bits of Flash effects added to pages are attractive and possible for the cost conscious. It is possible to use Flash text effects, navigation, banner ads,etc. effectively, when contained within a regular Web page.
